ORDER STATUS

You may check the status of your order at any time by calling 773-774-1234 or by emailing sales@midwestprecastproducts.com.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order at any time prior to pick up or shipment.

• Non-stock, custom, or special orders must be paid for in advance

• Some custom or special orders may be:

  • Non-cancellable

  • Subject to a 35% restocking fee, depending on source

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below:

• Returns must be approved in advance

• Items must be in like-new, unused condition

• A valid receipt is required for all returns, refunds, or exchanges

Return Limitations (Strictly Enforced)

• No refunds or exchanges without a receipt

• No returns on bagged products or sealers

• A 35% restocking fee applies to all approved returns

• Custom or special-order products may be non-returnable

Bagged products, sealers, and similar items are not returnable, but may be considered for refund at management’s discretion.

• House charge accounts may be enabled for online use upon request

• A credit card convenience fee/surcharge may be applied and will be disclosed prior to payment

• When applicable, fees may be charged to your account

PICKUP

Midwest Precast Products will send an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Upon arrival, please call 773-774-1234 to notify staff.
